I hired these professionals for the second time and I am highly impressed with their work. I recommend their services and plan to use them again in the future.
They were extremely efficient and even had the opportunity to meet the owner of the company who is a veteran. Punctuality and responsiveness were just a couple of the many great qualities these professionals possess.
Although they were a bit pricey, the quality of their work was worth every penny.
However, during my second time hiring them, I noticed a lack of professionalism on their part. The unnecessary yelling and cursing during the move was not appropriate, especially in front of elderly individuals. Additionally, they should be provided with water or beverages during long and complicated moves or hot days.
Overall, I rate them a 4.5 out of 5 and highly recommend their services.
