As soon as I requested for a trainer on CrackerJack, Carl promptly responded and we quickly delved into his professional history. He inquired about my objectives for personal training and within just 10 minutes, we had finalized a schedule that commenced a few days after. Subsequently, we have been engaged in ongoing training sessions.

Carl was truly impressive! Despite meeting him on Thursday, my body is still aching on Sunday. He exhibited admirable patience and composure, while also giving me the necessary motivation to push through my limits.
