After being in the area, Try-Line Electric provided a complimentary estimate for the problem. Scheduling was seamless. Unfortunately, the technician examined the issue and presented three options to fix the malfunctioning 20Amp outlet that was causing both the fridge and breaker to trip, varying in price from $598 to over $1000. Feeling like the expense was greater than anticipated, I declined the options. Later, another certified electrician diagnosed the issue as a grounding wire, quickly fixing it. Based on others' reviews, Try-Line Electric has a tendency to offer significantly more expensive solutions rather than fixing the issue on-site through the dispatch cost. Due to this experience, I will not use their services again.

Jerry arrived punctually and accurately pinpointed the problem. He efficiently resolved it while imparting some valuable best practices. Moreover, I greatly appreciate the fact that he tidied up the area post his job completion. Should the need arise, I would gladly contact him again.

I reckon her exceptional service is what compelled me to opt for this company, as opposed to the other ones on CrackerJack who merely instructed me to call them to schedule an appointment. A few days subsequent to this, Mr. Puig arrived at my abode punctually to present an estimate for augmenting the electrical outlets. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and even donned small booties to avoid dragging dirt into the house. While assessing my requirements, he noticed that I had some other electrical concerns which he incorporated into the quote. Although I am still contemplating my options for installation, I wholeheartedly vouch for TruLine electric!

Our encounter with Jerry was outstanding! He successfully identified and resolved an intricate problem with an industrial-scale electrical panel in a 1960s-built house. He efficiently located and replaced two breakers. We plan to enlist him for additional projects soon. Kudos to Tru-Line and Jerry!
