I required assistance with weight loss and found a suitable trainer in a Norfolk gym. This trainer, Troy, conducts 1-2 hour sessions with a friendly and open demeanor, indicating he was the perfect mentor for me. Although I tend to be lazy, Troy motivated me to surpass my limits, which I wouldn't have been able to achieve alone. Moreover, his punctuality facilitated setting and adhering to schedules. We discussed my goals, and he provided valuable encouragement for me to attain my desired weight before prom/graduation.
