This was my first experience using The CrackerJack service and Terry the traveling Notary. My urgent need to acquire a replacement birth certificate for a passport application meant I required a document notarized at short notice. Due to COVID-19, I was reluctant to venture outside, so I placed a request at 6:30 am for a notary to come to my home. Shortly after, Terry messaged me inquiring about my needs, and I briefed her on what I required. As my morning was already filled, I asked if 2 pm on the same day was feasible, to which Terry promptly agreed. She reminded me that I needed to identify myself to get the document notarized. Terry arrived promptly at my place, slightly before the appointed time, and had a wonderful day assisting me.

Due to my responsibility of taking care of my elderly parent, I encountered difficulty in stepping out of my house to get my documents notarized. Nonetheless, the notary public visited my house, exuding both congeniality and proficiency. Consequently, my task was effortlessly accomplished.
