I specialize in In-Home Massage Therapy, with prices of $140 for an hour and $185 for an hour and a half. My packages include 1-hour options, including a package of 4 for $480, 8 for $800, or 12 for $1,000, and a 1 1/2-hour package, with options of 4 for $660, 8 for $1,160, or 12 for $1,500. The prices include travel time, set up, and break down, and I bring everything needed for a relaxing experience. My therapies include hot stones, cupping, e-stim, and CBD pain cream for targeting stress and tension in problem areas. With 20 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, I specialize in therapeutic/medical massage, and I am also a certified life coach, fitness instructor, personal trainer, and health coach. My goal is to enhance physical and mental healing for clients.

When it comes to Life Coaching, it is an approach that helps gain clarity and forward strides to improve one's life. It provides external perspective and motivation, and it can help create an individualized plan based on where the individual would like to be. Drawing out potential and allowing for personal transitions rather than prescribing or assuming, my specialties include helping codependent women, women in business, and women with health and fitness goals.

Personal Training is tailored to individual needs and goals in one's home or gym. The custom-made exercise program is specially designed during an initial consultation, and training is conducted at the client's convenience. Assistance with diet and exercise continues during the training week, with a special emphasis on creating an individualized plan for each client.

Finally, my Health Coaching program is designed to help individuals with specific health concerns, from losing weight to attaining higher levels of energy. Accountability, motivation, and excitement are integral to the program, as many individuals know what they need to do, but need help in following through.
