Our collaboration with Trinity Refinishing and Remodeling to enhance our deck was a sheer delight. Yuri and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. When we first contacted several contractors about our deck project, Yuri took the time to visit us multiple times, accommodating all our queries, and furnished us with great insights and design options.   Once we awarded him the contract, Yuri promptly filed a permit with the town, and effectively answered all the town's queries about the work at hand. As soon as we got the permit approval (which took almost a month), Yuri's experienced crew commenced work a day later, and remarkably completed the project in 7 days, which should have taken over 2 weeks. Yuri's project planning was top-notch, and all his crew members remained busy with their assigned tasks throughout the day. Yuri had access to all the professionals one would require for a home renovation project (electrician, plumber, engineers, etc.), who he could call upon when unforeseen issues crept up. They went above and beyond to ensure that we remained happy with the work, even if it meant undertaking extra work without additional compensation. Yuri's consideration for unforeseen issues was exceptional, and he never charged us extra for work that wasn't part of our contract.  We are ecstatic to find a reliable contractor like Yuri to work with and hope to partner with Trinity Refinishing and Remodeling for all our future home projects.
