There is a significant need for improvement in communication. My experience with Trimmed & Tidy LLC was disappointing as they ignored my inquiry, which did not leave a positive impression on their reliability and responsiveness.

My experience with this company was not satisfactory. They did not complete the job and without consideration for my two large dogs, they left the gate to the backyard wide open before leaving. 😑
