Tri-City Concrete's Frank is a genuine expert in his field. Another company poured the pad for my building, but we quickly realized how uneven it was once the structure was installed. It took almost a year, but my building's floor is now level as it should be, allowing me to make full use of the space. My basement was successfully waterproofed by Frank and his team. As I reside on a hill, Frank excavated down to the foundation, eliminated the poor fill dirt that was in contact with my house, and substituted it with red clay followed by a layer of topsoil. In addition, they sealed up the foundation made of concrete blocks and fitted a drainage pipe that inclined towards my backyard. Thanks to their excellent work, my basement no longer experiences any leaks and I am optimistic that it has been permanently sealed, even after heavy rainfall.
