For approximately five years, I have been receiving training from Trey who exhibits patience and adeptly balances accommodating my pace with motivating me to step out of my comfort zone to strengthen and tone muscles. Due to my erosive rheumatoid arthritis, one of my wrists' joints has fused, however Trey is the only trainer who has taken efforts to modify exercises, such as burpees and push-ups, to suit my condition.
