Moore Facility Services is a trustworthy company to hire! Despite receiving two quotes from CrackerJack, my husband decided to go with a cheaper carpet cleaner with few reviews. However, the night before the scheduled cleaning, the cleaner texted me and cancelled, asking if we could reschedule for the next day. As our tenants were moving in the following day, I declined and was left hanging when the cleaner did not respond to my messages the next day. In desperation, I contacted Spencer at Moore Facility Services at 12:45 pm that afternoon, asking if he could still clean the carpets. To my pleasant surprise, he agreed without hesitation and arrived promptly in under an hour. In less than two hours, he cleaned three bedrooms, a hallway and the stairwell.
