After purchasing a new build, we hired Transblue to work on our backyard that had been completely gutted. They expertly transformed the space from a mere dirt patch to a beautifully landscaped area, complete with a stunning patio. Working with them was a pleasure as they exhibited true professionalism.

Transblue is an amazing company that is highly responsive and organized. Their team is fantastic and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend Transblue without any reservations.

Initially, we were pleased with the quality of work provided by the landscapers. However, we encountered issues with the original project manager. Fortunately, the owner was understanding and helpful. On the downside, the salesperson promised a quick start, and we signed the contract and paid the deposit accordingly. However, they did not begin for over four weeks, claiming they never made such a promise. Furthermore, the initial quote did not include edging around the sod, which was later added and cost an extra $950. The landscapers could have estimated this cost initially, but chose to be evasive instead. The project manager was not helpful, and the concrete workers began work without proper guidance. This led to changes being made throughout the project, causing undue stress. Their pricing was considerably higher than other quotes, and we expected a smoother process as a result. However, this was not the case, and we were not informed of additional requirements for trees and patio extension. Despite the quality of work, we will not be using their services again.
