Greetings, my name is Jason, and I am a Personal Trainer as well as the proprietor of Tramell Fitness. With over sixteen years of experience in this field, I specialize in weight loss, athlete training, strength training, and core training. If you're located in the Portland Metro area, I offer in-home training sessions with my equipment. Alternatively, if you prefer online personal training, I can train you remotely via platforms such as ZOOM, SKYPE, FACEBOOK, or FACETIME, using your equipment. Additionally, I am AFAA certified. Please note that once both parties sign the trainers agreement form, all trained sessions are nonrefundable. As a self-employed individual with a flexible schedule, my passion lies in helping individuals achieve their goals and supporting them until they successfully reach them.
