Kindly take note that my schedule for one-on-one training is quite busy for the new year. Therefore, I would only be available from 12pm to 3pm in most days.
In addition, I also offer semi-private training where you can train with another person at a time slot that suits you. This option is pretty much like one-on-one personal training. Feel free to inquire about my availability for this option.
Hello, my name is Johnny and I am currently training at a small gym in Sherman Oaks. For your first session, it is absolutely free! After that, each session would cost $70 or $65 if you purchase a package of 10. If you prefer home training, I am willing to travel to your location at a cost that depends on your location. My areas of expertise include weight loss, weight gain, strength training, overall health, and event preparation.
