Greetings, my name is Rhonda Dick and I have been under William's tutelage for a decade now. Having served as a Pediatric Emergency Physician at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, I am now retired and almost 67 years of age. I can attest that my 10-year training partnership with William has been the most worthwhile investment of my time, energy, and resources. Allow me the opportunity to share with you why. As someone who has always been interested and enthusiastic about fitness and nutrition, I have been active in sports, running, and various other forms of exercise throughout my life. A few years before crossing paths with William, I realized I was losing muscle mass as I aged. In an attempt to remedy this, I started strength training at home using a barbell, dumbbells, and instructional videos. However, this solo approach resulted in rotator cuff damage to my right shoulder. It was then that I realized I needed professional help and approached William to try his training program. My experience with William has exceeded my expectations in numerous ways. Not only did I reach the best level of physical fitness that I had ever been in despite my age, but my previously damaged shoulder had also fully healed. William is an exceptional personal trainer, possessing the necessary educational background, 20 years of experience, and expertise to assess his clients' capabilities, strengths, weaknesses, limitations, and desired outcomes. Furthermore, he designs and implements personalized training programs crafted to maximize overall fitness and musculoskeletal health while reducing the risk of injury. William is adept at balancing his approach to cater to clients' abilities and stage of life, making the whole experience more effective and enjoyable. William's training doesn't solely revolve around weightlifting but encompasses an overall fitness approach that facilitates daily activities and the doing of things one enjoys. I have learned an immense amount about fitness and nutrition from him, which now manifests in my daily life, ensuring that I am benefiting from his training 24/7/365. William possesses a talent for working with clients with physical limitations, as was my case when I underwent surgery on both my knees to have the meniscus reattached to the bone. Recovery from both surgeries was a difficult and time-consuming process, requiring an extended period of non-weight bearing on the legs. However, with William's aid, I was able to maintain my upper body strength, continue with workouts catered to my knees' condition and capabilities, and make a swift recovery without risking further injury. In conclusion, I recommend anyone looking to improve their overall fitness, regardless of their current age, fitness level, or limitations, to consider training with William. A knee replacement was approaching for me and I desired to exercise beforehand, thus my friend suggested William. He was truly remarkable, attentive and knowledgeable. The rehabilitation was smoother than anticipated, and he successfully assisted me in returning to my regular routine after the surgery. Even though I'm having my second knee replacement next week, I'll still continue to visit him.
