Their team was prompt with communication and able to come to our home on the same day to gather measurements for an estimate on our basement renovation project. They are attentive to our needs and preferences, ensuring that each decision aligns with our style and vision. Allie and Allen are very talented at brainstorming creative solutions for challenging floor plans while keeping our budget in mind. Their attention to detail is exceptional, and they took great care in ensuring that the flooring was perfectly staggered. We had them install new LVT plank flooring, crown molding, baseboards, wall paneling, drywall, and a custom built-in entertainment center, and they also replaced the brick molding on our garage. It is clear that Trades Advantage is passionate about their work. Their entire team is friendly and delightful to work with, making the experience feel like we were chatting with friends. Trades Advantage, located in the Twin Cities metro area, is a hardwood flooring installation company that is woman-owned. Allie, who is the owner and a hands-on leader, was recommended to us by the store where we purchased our hardwood floors. After interviewing her, we were impressed by her professionalism and knowledge, and decided to go with her. The job was certainly not an easy one, as we had to remove 1,200 sf of builder grade engineered floor and carpeting, and then replace it with thicker and shorter acacia boards. Nevertheless, Allie and her team completed the project within the allotted time and budget, and did a superb job in the process. The team was a pleasure to have in our home as they worked hard to make each board accurately measured, cut, and placed in a manner that was both aesthetically pleasing and well-designed.
