Initially, Tracie held a comprehensive "interview" with us where she noted down our pets' requirements and made sure they were met. In instances where she was unable to conduct the sitting herself, her employee, Kori, scheduled a pre-stay meet & greet with us. Kori was responsible for pet/house sitting for a period of 4 days/3 nights, during which she displayed exceptional service.
