My name is Shack, and I hold true to this philosophy in my work as a massage therapist and wellness practitioner. Drawing upon my 17 years of experience, I use my hands, head, and heart to provide healing and transformation for your body, mind, and soul. My expertise allows me to assist those suffering from a variety of afflictions such as plantar fasciitis, IT Band syndrome, low back pain, grief, anxiety, and post-op lymphatic drainage, amongst others.
When working together, we will create a specialized treatment plan comprised of therapeutic bodywork, nutritional coaching, at-home therapeutic exercises, and weekly support/coaching call sessions. Treatment plans are tailored specifically to the condition being treated, and typically last a minimum of 4 weeks or longer. As a Nurse on the frontline, I recently completed a grueling 21-day stretch of 12-hour shifts. Before returning home to New York after quarantining, I desperately needed a massage during my break.
