As a Regional Operations Manager for a Fortune 500 company, I oversee operations across the northeastern region. Total Security was contracted to install an access control system, complete with an automatic truck gate, and to upgrade and expand our existing CCTV system. Scott and his team thoroughly assessed our needs and provided a comprehensive proposal. We engaged Total Security for the project, and from inception to completion, they delivered exceptional workmanship. Scott kept us informed throughout the process with daily email updates. We were so impressed with the project that we added six access control doors, a truck gate with RFID reader, seven IP intercoms for truck access, 32 4K IP cameras, and one NVR. The system is incredibly user-friendly, and we are so pleased with the work that we are continuing to work with Total Security on our next few locations. Total Security sent Scott to provide us with an estimate for a 4K 12-camera system. We were pleased with his prompt response and the fact that he sent us the proposal the same day. After reviewing other proposals, we found that Scott's was the best and exactly what we needed. Our construction company had several areas of concern both inside and outside our shop, and the system that Total Security installed was awesome. The images are of excellent quality. Scott and his team completed the installation without creating any disruptions to our operations.
