As a Certified Integrative Health Coach who completed her education through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I have first-hand experience with autoimmune diseases. This led me to where I am today; helping individuals overcome unpleasant symptoms such as exhaustion, brain fog, stomach issues, pain, and more. I take a holistic approach at Total Health & Home, which means that I focus not only on the body, but also on the mind and the environment. We must acknowledge that we are spiritual beings living in a physical world.

My services are offered online, so I can work with you no matter where you're located. By working together, you can expect to clarify your goals, receive an accountability partner, and have access to resources ranging from recipes to information that will transform your life. Also, I'll work with you as your coach and as your personal cheerleader—providing encouragement as you achieve goal after goal.

I offer various coaching options, including a 30-day Anti-inflammatory program, a Signature 90-Day Autoimmune Reset Group Coaching Program (which is only available a few times a year; feel free to message me on Instagram or Facebook to get on the waiting list), and a private VIP 90-day coaching program. Costs range from $125 to $1,500.

You can begin by booking an initial Health Strategy Session for $29. Together, we'll discuss the best place to start based on your personal needs and goals.
