Later, when they contacted another company for a quote, the lady handling their queries was defensive and not very forthcoming, which was a big turn off for them. Their TBF sales representative, Jim, was very thorough and worked out their budget to get them the kind of basement they wanted. Their project manager, Tim, was always available and keen to address all their concerns during the construction process, and the contractors were friendly and professional. The completed work was excellent, and they received many compliments from family and friends. However, they wished they had made the door to the unfinished area slightly larger since some of the bigger objects didn't fit through it. Overall, they were satisfied with the TBF company's performance and happy to hire them for future renovations.
