Upon returning from a trip, I discovered that I had paid $400 for deep cleaning, yet the front door was still quite dirty. Further inspection revealed hair and cobwebs lingering beneath the wooden stand near the tub in the master bathroom. I have several other examples of the subpar cleaning job that I intend to share on social media, complete with video proof. My suspicions were confirmed when my husband told me that the cleaner was finished in under four hours - there was no way that was a thorough, deep cleaning. Have a good day.

Although the initial few cleanings were acceptable, they were quite time-consuming. Moreover, there were inconsistencies in the quality of work, some rooms were inadvertently overlooked, and the floors were left unvacuumed. Additionally, the cleaning process was unnecessarily prolonged, taking around seven hours. To make matters worse, the designated cleaner, Stacy, did not show up for the final appointment without any prior notification. As no other cleaners were available in the vicinity to take over, I had to search for another company. It is exasperating to note that the said cleaner, Stacy, was actively offering services on a different housekeeping platform, but made minimal efforts to help find a replacement for the cancellation.
