Hello, my name is Tia and I operate as a Cottage Food Operator in Stratford, CT. In 2010, I began making cakes for my son's first birthday and found it to be a rewarding experience. Subsequently, I challenged myself each year to create an even better cake for his birthday, and as a result, I discovered a passion for cake art. Although I am self-taught, I am dedicated to ensuring that every cake I produce speaks for itself. Collaborating with customers to craft a cake that meets their specifications is one of my favorite aspects of the process. I am committed to delivering cakes that not only look exceptional but taste delicious as well. Each cake is individually created and tailored to a specific theme. My specialty is crafting custom and luxury cakes for discerning clients.

Organizing a wedding often requires extensive planning, expertise, and top-notch quality... Tia will always be known as our preferred baker. On two occasions, I have sought the services of Tia's Top Tier and I must say, she has surpassed my expectations. Apart from her incredible artistic talent, Tia is an incredibly kind-hearted person. For my recent birthday, I sent her a picture of a cake idea and gave her the liberty to work her magic. All I specified were the colors I desired and a few features from the picture.
