The performance of Maribel and her team was exceptional! Every aspect was flawless. The cuisine was scrumptious, the service was impeccable, and their attention to detail was extraordinary. Maribel arrived early to prepare, and within five minutes, I knew she required nothing from me, so I headed upstairs to finish getting ready. Working with Maribel, Noel, and their team was an absolute delight! Despite our strict budget, their menu suggestions for our wedding reception were spot on and our guests were expertly served by a professional waitstaff. Ahead of time, Maribel and Noel even arranged a site visit to let us sample their delicious fare. Maribel was always easy to reach and communicate with, making it feel like I was working with a longtime friend. Their post-event clean-up was equally impressive, with leftovers neatly packaged and stored in the fridge for us.
