My full shower remodel was excellently handled by Top Knotch Flooring. I contacted him one evening, and he was able to meet me the very next morning and even paid a visit to my home on the same day to assess the job. Immediately, he identified the water damages that had affected the surrounding areas and quickly identified solutions that would remedy the situation. He was patient in explaining the issue and the necessary steps to take for effective resolution. His attentiveness to client concerns is remarkable, and his work is highly commendable. We absolutely adore our recently remodeled bathtub and shower! Mike's work on the tile and bathtub was phenomenal. Mike is an excellent colleague who always impresses me with his punctuality, professionalism, and amiability. The tiling of a shower in one bathroom and replacement of a tub and shower walls in another were expertly performed by Mike. I entrusted Mike with the job for my mother, despite not being present to oversee the process. Thankfully, Mike was incredibly responsive to my inquiries and any apprehensions I had were promptly addressed via text message.
