3.) If an injury occurs, I advocate training around it rather than simply pushing through the pain.
4.) We work towards performance-based goals as a means to achieve lasting results. Consistently improving our physical capabilities while managing our diet will naturally lead to reshaping our bodies.
5.) Lastly, proper nutrition and recovery are critical for the success of any fitness program. I will teach you how to eat and plan your meals to align with your goals.
