If you're accustomed to using weight machines at a gym, you'll find his exercise style distinct, but don't be discouraged. In his immaculate fitness studio, you'll be utilizing a variety of equipment and props like dumbbells, exercise balls, resistance bands, straps, ropes, and punching bags. By harnessing your body's natural resistance instead of relying on machines, you'll achieve a complete, overall workout that targets any body part you choose. James prioritizes core strength and stability and initiates your workout with light yoga (which even non-yoga enthusiasts can try) before assessing your strength, endurance, and mobility over the first few sessions. Subsequently, he'll introduce intense, challenging workouts that will leave you breathless yet satisfied. At times, he incorporates circuit training, which can prove difficult, but the rewarding outcomes are well worth it. Additionally, if you suffer any physical pain or injuries, James is well-equipped to guide you with appropriate exercises that work around your limitations. He's also a stickler for form and position, providing meticulous guidance, especially to those less coordinated like himself.
