With over 33 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have learned from my own struggles with being overweight as a child and young adult. I understand how it feels to have battled weight issues and emotional eating. Having been in your shoes, I started working out before getting my certifications in fitness and specializing in nutrition for my own benefit. Now, I use my education to help others overcome these issues by creating healthy food and lifestyle changes. My passion lies in exercise and its impact on the body and overall wellness.
I use weight training to create lean muscle, which boosts metabolism and burns more calories. My training style includes high reps with moderate weight to shred the body, without requiring additional cardio. My sessions are usually 45-60 minutes, 1-3 days a week with me and other days on your own. I will teach you proper form so you can continue your fitness journey independently.
I understand that maintaining balance and finding time to exercise can be challenging for busy individuals. Therefore, I create personalized programs to fit their schedule. My aim is to help my clients achieve long-term sustainability through individually tailored nutrition, fitness, and health coaching.
