It's disappointing that the cleaning was not up to par. The cleaner neglected to dust any surfaces and did not bother to rearrange items on the kitchen cabinets. Even large pieces of furniture remained dusty. Given that she claims to have been cleaning houses for 12 years, such performance is unacceptable. This was sheer laziness and negligence on her part, leaving my wife to have to redo everything.
