Greetings, my name is Tom! I have honed my skills in transforming clients' lives for over 8 years. My wife and I are proud owners of a private fitness studio located in Shoreline. Our primary goal is to create safe and effective exercise programs for everyone that steps into our space. My area of expertise lies in preventing low back and shoulder pain and rehabilitating injuries. The majority of my clients opt for personalized 55-minute sessions of one-on-one training with me. Excitingly, we have now expanded our services to include health and wellness coaching. This coaching is geared towards individuals who possess exercise experience and are searching for more targeted guidance.

Moreover, here are other areas of my specialty:
