The night before the scheduled cleaning, Steve reached out to discuss the details with me. He provided a comprehensive explanation of the thorough cleaning my home would receive and listened carefully to my specific requests and instructions. During the cleaning, Carmen and Veronica, the two house cleaners, were diligent in wearing masks and exhibited a friendly and thorough work ethic.
