Tobar's deserves five stars! Out of three vendors who offered quotes, Tobar's provided the best price. Their responses to initial requests and follow-up questions were quick. We first contacted them on Wednesday and the work was completed by Friday at 4pm. They called before arriving, immediately got to work, and did an exceptional job. After finishing the work, Tobar's reviewed everything and cleaned up the site. These services were necessary for an upcoming HOA inspection to improve the siding's appearance which now looks excellent! Tobar's went above and beyond our expectations. I recently hired Tobar's as my window cleaner and I am extremely satisfied with their service. They gave me a heads-up call about their arrival time and began cleaning as soon as they arrived. The outcome of their work is remarkable - my windows, screens, tracks, and windowsills look fabulous. In fact, one of their team members even went above and beyond by cleaning the dirt at the foot of my entryway door. I cannot recommend them enough. Only if I had known that they also provide dryer vent cleaning, would I have hired them for that service as well.
