Despite being only there for an inspection, Dale exhibited both professional and friendly behavior. He even provided tips to help prolong the lifespan of my furnace. While he arrived later than expected, the company was courteous enough to call ahead and offer their apologies. Overall, I would highly recommend Dale's service.

This experience was the best and highly recommended! The customer service, accommodation, responsiveness, helpfulness, and overall experience were exceptional. Dale replied within minutes of my request and he was extremely polite, helpful, honest, and generous right from the start. Not only did he promptly respond to my inquiry, he also accommodated my availability due to my situation. He demonstrated a great deal of patience with me and my situation and was refreshingly honest, unlike many other companies and individuals I have dealt with in the past who will say anything just to make a sale. Dale was different; he actually informed me that what I thought needed to be fixed in my home was likely not the issue and that the actual problem was cheaper to fix than my intended job. He was at my house the very next morning and confirmed his visit with a courtesy call beforehand. He did a fantastic job and even offered solutions to other issues in my home without charging me extra. He was never pushy in trying to convince me to get more work done. Needless to say, I will be hiring him again on Monday for another job, and for any other services I need in the future that he is capable of handling!
