I reported an AC issue in the morning and the service team arrived on the same day - a real rescue in this sweltering summer. Due to my AC's inability to cool down sufficiently, the room temperature persisted at around 83-84 degrees. While the initial repair attempt wasn't completely successful, it did manage to bring the temperature down to 79 degrees, affording us some time to discuss the replacement of the external unit. The technician, displaying impressive expertise, worked diligently on the task. I was pleased with the overall experience as they charged only for the second time work on the unit replacement while not billing for the initial fix, which though not complete, did help cool down the room to a tolerable degree.
