We take great care to ensure that all parts are correctly identified and present, and that broken or defective parts are rejected. During assembly, we also make sure that the unit is level and square to prevent issues with the walls and floor. Finally, we secure every bolt, screw, and nut to ensure a safe and secure unit. Please note that assembly times vary depending on the product, and we recommend setting aside a full two days for playsets. All scheduling is weather permitting.
