Upon requesting a bid, Mike promptly responded and visited the site without delay. His communication skills are commendable, being both prompt and clear. The bid he presented us with was excellent - prompt completion and top-grade service. The only drawback we experienced was some scrape marks on the deck and garage, reducing our rating to four stars. However, Mike offered to fix the issue, demonstrating his excellent customer service skills. All in all, Mike did a great job, and we would not hesitate to hire him again.
