The exceptional technician from TJ Appliance Repair LLC exceeded my expectations! After initiating the CrackerJack platform for a Dryer Repair at 3pm on a Saturday, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within minutes of submitting my request. Despite anticipating a Monday morning response, the technician listened attentively as I described the problem with my Samsung Dryer and even offered to arrive the same day! The technician arrived at my doorstep in a service van just over an hour later and after a mere 15 minutes of diagnosis, he found that no parts needed replacing. It turned out that an item of clothing had gotten stuck inside the Dryer! The technician charged me a reasonable fee for the diagnosis and repair, and completed the job in under an hour. His professionalism and honesty were evident from start to finish, ensuring that I will refer him to all my friends and family.
