As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee, I specialize in behavioral health and have been practicing since 2015. Having gone through my own recovery journey since 2007, I bring a unique perspective to my work with clients. My experience has taken me through various settings, ranging from short-term counseling to addiction recovery and crisis intervention. Prior to my career in behavioral health, I served in the US Air Force and have since retired.

My passion lies in helping individuals understand themselves and reaching their full potential. I know firsthand how life can spiral out of control and hinder personal growth, having treated individuals with PTSD, anxiety, depression, hypervigilance, and other mental health conditions. Together, we will work to identify your goals and create an individualized therapy plan that will help you develop coping skills to manage life's challenges.

My ultimate objective is to empower you and provide you with the necessary tools and skills to thrive on your own. I offer therapy services through insurance, self-pay, and telehealth or in-person sessions if you are in the Murfreesboro area. Currently, I am well-versed in EMDR Level 2 and addiction treatment. My extensive clinical experience includes inpatient SUD/sex addiction/Dual Diagnosis treatment, and I have also worked with individuals in 12-step recovery programs.
