Working with Tim Frakes during our kitchen remodel was an absolute delight. He effectively carried out the demolition process, as well as installed fresh flooring, cabinets, lighting, fixtures, painting, backed up the space and even placed in a new window. Furthermore, the project was initiated right on schedule, and we were able to enjoy our latest appliances within just 25 days. The pricing was also fairly reasonable. Tim was a valuable asset to us; his creative insights were instrumental in bringing the project to fruition. We were immensely satisfied with the exceptional quality of his craftsmanship, particularly the ship lap ceilings and walls which look stunning. He tackled the entire project from demolition to installation of new ship lap ceilings and walls, new flooring, repairing plaster walls, setting up LED can lighting, and expertly painting walls and ceilings.

A profound sense of disappointment arose in me as the professionalism and courtesy that used to be present is no longer apparent. On the other hand, in October 2019, Tim was my go-to personnel for all my new place's needs. He was highly responsive, professional, flexible, thorough, and conscientious, treating my property as his own.
