Consequently, I had to undo all of their work and fix 25% of the floor preparation myself, as well as dispose of items that they had left behind. Save yourself the trouble and avoid contacting them. Even after the owner confirmed they would be at my house at 9AM the next day, nobody showed up. When I called to inquire, the owner claimed they would arrive within 60-90 minutes, yet they still didn't show up. After calling again at 2:20PM, I was informed that my job wasn't worth it to them, and they wouldn't be doing the work at all. It's unacceptable for service providers to be untrustworthy and dishonest. Don't take any chances with your job by choosing them.

The finished work on my travertine kitchen backsplash is simply amazing. The working skills are of excellent quality and I highly recommend them. Additionally, I am very pleased with the nice work done on my glass tile shower.
