I'm baffled by any negative reviews for this company! After moving here with my family from out of state, we've had some terrible luck, particularly with exterminators who left us with more questions than answers. We were losing hope until Tia answered my Facebook ad and they came to our aid immediately. Their inspection was thorough, and they answered every question we had. Just from the inspection, I felt a sense of relief and hope that I hadn't felt in a while. When they left, we had a solid plan for current and future steps to take. It's been two days since they treated our apartment, and I can't even describe how much better we're all feeling. For the first time in a while, my kids are sleeping peacefully and soundly. I will continue to recommend this company to everyone I know because they're genuinely interested in resolving issues and take the time to do it properly. I informed Tia of the wasps that were accumulating in the corners of my drain pipes, but even with the utilization of an organic pesticide, they persisted after two attempts. My advice would be not to waste any more time and opt for chemical-based pesticides, as they tend to be more effective. I hired Zap to come and deal with the issue, and the wasps were completely eradicated after just one visit.
