We needed a new opener and Zack had a Chamberlain unit in his vehicle. He efficiently installed and programmed the opener, providing us with all the necessary information. Unfortunately, the unit malfunctioned the next day but Zack quickly responded to our requests and questions, and promptly returned to reprogram the opener, providing exceptional service.
