As a health and wellness coach, my focus is on assisting busy middle-aged women in accomplishing their health and wellness goals so that they can feel content in their bodies and live a happier lifestyle. I have a decade of coaching expertise and am nationally board-certified with training from Duke, as well as ACSM-certified as a personal trainer. My style is empathetic and non-judgmental, and I bring knowledge and life experience to the table. Together with my clients, I aim to put into practice the health and wellness behaviors they already know, including exercise, healthy eating, and stress reduction. Women frequently find themselves overwhelmed by the abundance of contradictory health and fitness information available alongside their busy schedules, and my job is to help simplify that chaos and establish a path to lifelong wellness.
