I encountered an unusual situation when the Thrasher team began their encapsulation work not long ago. They were very polite and wasted no time getting started on the job at hand. However, after a few hours, they stumbled upon a plumbing issue that I was not aware of, and it was impractical for them to continue without repairing it first. To my pleasant surprise, they didn't charge me for the half-day of work they had done, but rather requested that I reschedule after the repairs were made. The continuation of the job involved a completely new team, who were just as courteous and hard-working as the previous one. They worked into the night to get the job done, which turned out to look fantastic. Nonetheless, they also discovered a minor issue with the plumbing spot, which was not as severe as the previous one, and would provide plumbers with a better environment to complete their work. I am grateful to both Thrasher teams for the work they have done.
