Due to a negative experience we had with another company and their poor workmanship, Landon came to our aid. The previous company tried to install a part that was unnecessary, but Landon listened to our concerns and offered professional recommendations that would improve the performance of our carrier unit and prevent error codes from appearing. With my wife working from home and my AC giving me trouble, I was feeling quite overwhelmed.
