He exhibits exceptional kindness and delicacy towards me, whilst also expertly tackling the tightness in my muscles connected to a pesky knot - I have even christened it "Bob"! I am definitely scheduling another appointment with him in precisely a week from now. Jon is an incredibly professional and skilled massage therapist who made me feel completely at ease.
