My dog Snoopy suffers from severe anxiety when it comes to cars, the vet, and grooming. Although he needed his nails clipped, I refrained from doing so due to his anxiety. However, The Groom Room staff provided exceptional service! Their friendly and composed nature instantly calmed both Snoopy and myself, who was an anxious dog mom. They efficiently clipped his nails in just five minutes in their mobile grooming truck, exceeding my expectations. Not only did they not push additional services on me, but their prices were also surprisingly reasonable. Overall, an excellent experience!

Sarah truly exceeded my expectations! She went above and beyond by sending multiple reminders leading up to our appointment and arrived promptly. I entrusted her with my two senior, medium-sized pups who aren't fond of getting bathed and had not been groomed in almost 9 months. Needless to say, they were looking quite disheveled. However, Sarah flawlessly executed our request for a short, summer cut and both dogs looked stunning afterwards! What's more, they seemed completely at ease post-grooming, which was my top priority. I will definitely be utilizing Sarah's services in the future - the door-to-door convenience alone is well worth the cost, which I found to be incredibly reasonable.

The GroomRoom provided us with exceptional service! Our elderly dog struggles with travelling, however, he was in desperate need of grooming. Once they had completed their work, I almost didn't recognize him, he looked amazing! They were incredibly patient and understanding with our old furry friend.
