It's important to note that despite our expertise, we are not attorneys and do not offer legal advice. However, as a bonded and insured notary public, we are authorized by law to perform six basic duties, including administering oaths and affirmations, taking acknowledgments, attesting to photocopies, solemnizing marriages, verifying vehicle identification numbers, and certifying safe-deposit box contents.

We can notarize a variety of documents, from deeds and wills to articles of incorporation and non-disclosure agreements, and offer additional services like mobile passport photo printing, mobile ink fingerprinting, and courier services. As long as you have an internet connection, we also provide virtual notarization services, using a dedicated platform that integrates video conferencing and multi-factor methods for verifying signers' identities.

To use this service, you must provide an unsigned copy of the document that needs to be notarized, which we'll upload to the signing platform. From there, you'll confirm your identity via KBA security questions, have an audio/video session with the notary, pay for services, and receive your notarized document.
