We need to replace a total of 80+ windows on our recently purchased home. We were unaware of their inefficiency until we received high power bills. These windows are builder grade from 2001. To begin the project, we replaced 7 windows in our bedroom and chose The Window Source to try out their product. To our delight, the difference in temperature was noticeable and the installation crew was professional. I feel compelled to express my admiration for this particular company. It dawned on me rather quickly that obtaining estimates for window replacement wasn't exactly the most pleasant of experiences. Two of the companies I dealt with were exceedingly pushy and aggressively coercive, and I actually had to insist that they leave my home after enduring their two-hour spiel that involved heavy-handed pressure tactics in an attempt to strong-arm me into signing up right then and there. However, Tyler from this company provided me with a very reasonable estimate, demonstrated an impressive range of installation knowledge that the other companies never bothered to mention, and never once tried to extract a contract signature from me on the spot. After he left, I telephoned the next day to accept the offer. Five weeks later, the installation was completed and the quality of the work was outstanding. Overall, I have to say that I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience.
