Avoid doing business with Rain Tight as they were very pushy in securing our contract but their customer service became nonexistent once we signed with them. They failed to start on the agreed date and left unused product on the property, which they promised to collect but never did. I had to clean it up myself. A year after the roof installation, it started leaking, and after numerous calls, a contractor was finally sent out to assess the situation. According to the contractor, they botched the job by neglecting to use flashing around the chimney. Instead, they haphazardly turned up the shingles and attempted to seal it, resulting in a severe leak that damaged two areas of our walls. The sub-contractor promised to warrant only one area, which doesn't make sense, so I attempted to reach out to my Rain Tight representative who hasn't returned my call in almost two weeks. They refused to fix the living room damage caused by their mistake. I would give them a zero-star rating if it was an option because they neglected their responsibility and failed to address their errors. I prefer not to write reviews, but I recommend that everyone avoid doing business with Rain Tight and find alternatives.

Working with Rain Tight was an exceptional experience. Our entire rooftop was replaced with brand new shingles and fitted with ridge vents. The crew demonstrated an admirable work ethic and determination to complete the project in a timely manner. Additionally, they conducted a thorough clean-up, leaving no debris behind.
